1. General information<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.1<\/strong> These house rules apply to the rehearsal and workshop rooms, outdoor program points, concert venues and halls, other rooms and open spaces (hereinafter referred to individually or collectively as \u201cevent venue(s)\u201d) within the framework of the \u201cWoodstock Academy\u201d in various municipalities where the organizer holds events (hereinafter referred to as \u201cevent\u201d), unless otherwise specified below.<\/p>\n

1.2 <\/strong>These house rules regulate the rights and obligations of visitors, as well as the organizers or their employees or persons and companies commissioned by them during their stay on the event premises.<\/p>\n

1.3 <\/strong>In the event that individual site or house rules already exist for venues in accordance with point 1.1, the site or house rules posted there shall apply. In addition, for areas not already covered by the individual site or house rules of an event location, these house rules shall apply on a subsidiary basis, unless otherwise stipulated below. If the provisions of these house rules conflict with the individual site or house rules of an event location, the individual site or house rules shall take precedence.<\/p>\n

1.4 <\/strong>In particular, it is pointed out that any house rules and the conditions of carriage of the respective mountain railroad apply to any use of the mountain railroads. The same applies to the use of any shuttles for transportation.<\/p>\n

1.5 <\/strong>By entering the respective event venue, the visitor unconditionally accepts the respective individual house or site rules as well as the relevant legal and official regulations. The instructions of the organizer’s employees must be followed.<\/p>\n

1.6 <\/strong>These house rules are to be regarded as a supplement to the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) of the organizer. In the event of a conflict between the GTC and the house rules, the provisions of these house rules or the individual house rules of an event venue shall take precedence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

2. Access and stay<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.1 <\/strong>Admission is only permitted on presentation of a valid ticket or accreditation. Tickets and accreditations only entitle the holder to use or visit the facilities or events for which they were issued; only authorized persons are permitted to enter cordoned-off rooms or areas.<\/p>

2.2 <\/strong>Tickets and event passes are non-transferable and must be kept until after leaving the respective event and must be presented to the control authorities at any time upon request. Any misuse of tickets and event passes will result in their withdrawal and invalidation as well as the forfeiture of the participation fee paid for them.Any misuse of tickets and event passes will result in their withdrawal and invalidation as well as the forfeiture of the participation fee paid for them.<\/p>

2.3<\/strong> Any sale or distribution of tickets – outside the box offices – is prohibited in all event venues or their surroundings; the sale, introduction and distribution of advertising or political promotional material, printed matter, merchandise and the like is – without prejudice to the relevant official regulations – subject to the prior consent of the organizers.<\/p>

2.4 <\/strong>It is prohibited to bring bulky objects or animals – with the exception of guide dogs for the blind and partner dogs for disabled persons – to the event venues.<\/p>

2.5 <\/strong>Wheelchair users (and any accompanying persons) must take the seats provided for them as instructed and must be informed of the escape route to the outside provided for them before the start of the event or the program punk.<\/p>

2.6 <\/strong>Access to the stages including their ancillary rooms, dressing rooms and storage rooms as well as to the changing rooms of the performers and actors (backstage area) is only permitted to the persons employed there. Their stay is only permitted for as long as their presence is necessary.<\/p>

2.7<\/strong> Polution of any kind of the event venues is prohibited. Adequate waste disposal facilities will be provided to ensure that the event venues are left clean.<\/p>

2.8 <\/strong>Overnight stays are prohibited at all venues without exception.<\/p>

2.9 <\/strong>Visitors must always behave in such a way that they do not disturb, endanger or otherwise impair other visitors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

3. Wardrobe<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.1 <\/strong>The organizer reserves the right to offer a checkroom in front of individual venues at its own discretion. The provisions of this point therefore only apply if such a checkroom is provided for in individual cases.<\/p>

3.2 <\/strong>Over clothing and umbrellas as well as larger bags must be deposited in the checkrooms; depositing them elsewhere is prohibited. The checkroom price to be paid will be announced.<\/p>

3.3 <\/strong>Overclothes taken into the auditorium must be kept on; walking sticks and other walking aids (e.g. rollator) may only be taken into the auditorium by frail persons as indispensable support.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Image and sound recordings<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

4.1 <\/strong>Photography and the making of film, video and sound recordings are only permitted with the written permission of the organizer in the name of the person concerned.<\/p>

4.2 <\/strong>For safety reasons, flashes of any kind may only be used during events if they do not pose a danger to visitors or participants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. No smoking<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

5.1 <\/strong>The general smoking ban (which also includes e-cigarettes) must be observed at all venues without exception.<\/p>

5.2 <\/strong>Smoking may exceptionally be permitted by the organizer in areas expressly designated for this purpose. If such a smoking area exists, it will be marked as such by the organizer. Visitors to the event location may not assume the presence of a smoking area without appropriate labeling and point 1 applies in this case.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Safety<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.1 <\/strong>Every visitor must behave in such a way that no one else is endangered, harmed, hindered or inconvenienced. Visitors who are under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or narcotics, or who are of unsound mind for other similar reasons, will not be admitted or may be expelled from the venue. The notices, mandatory and prohibition signs as well as the instructions issued by the control bodies or official supervisory bodies must be complied with at all times.<\/p>

6.2 <\/strong>It is forbidden to disrupt the event, to engage in political propaganda and activities and to use or disseminate racist, xenophobic or anti-constitutional slogans or emblems.<\/p>

6.3 <\/strong>Anyone who damages or destroys equipment, musical instruments or exhibits is fully liable for the damage. Parents, legal representatives and supervisors are jointly and severally liable for damage caused by minors.<\/p>

6.4 <\/strong>All traffic, escape and rescue routes as well as (emergency) exits must be kept clear and unobstructed. Furnishings, armchairs and benches may not be removed from their locations or placed in traffic, escape and rescue routes or on standing areas.<\/p>

6.5 <\/strong>Visitors are not permitted to bring seating or standing equipment.<\/p>

6.6 <\/strong>Petroleum, petrol, celluloid objects and other highly flammable substances may not be stored in event venues used by visitors and – like open fires and lights – may not be used.<\/p>

6.7 <\/strong>It is prohibited to damage, write on, paint on or stick stickers to structures, facilities or paths at the event venues or to set up or hang up other items.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

7. COVID-19 Protective measures<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

7.1 <\/strong>Visitors to the event are obliged to comply with the legal provisions for events in connection with protective measures against the SARS-CoV-2\/COVID-19 pathogen in force at the time the respective event is held. In particular, this may mean that visitors undertake to wear a face mask or FFP2 mask, to maintain a certain minimum distance from other people or to observe other hygiene regulations (e.g. hand disinfection, etc.).<\/p>

7.2 <\/strong>In the event of corresponding official regulations, visitors undertake to have an antigen or PCR test carried out before being granted access to an event venue or, if applicable, to present proof of an antigen or PCR test or vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2\/COVID-19 pathogen.<\/p>

7.3 <\/strong>Due to ongoing legal adjustments, the organizer reserves the right to determine or change the access requirements to the event venues in connection with safety measures relating to the SARS-CoV-2\/COVID-19 pathogen until the start of the event.<\/p>

7.4 <\/strong>Visitors are aware that participation in the event is at their own risk and that the organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever in connection with any SARS-CoV-2\/COVID-19 infection of a visitor during the duration of the event.<\/p>

7.5 <\/strong>Visitors are also obliged to comply with the protective measures displayed at the respective event location and to familiarize themselves with them.<\/p>

7.6<\/strong> If a visitor shows possible symptoms of SARS-CoV-2\/COVID-19 disease during the event, he\/she must leave the respective event venue and other visitors immediately after the onset of symptoms, go to his\/her accommodation immediately, contact the organizer on +43 664 75 37 59 10 and await further instructions.<\/p>

7.7 <\/strong>If visitors refuse to comply with the SARS-CoV-2\/COVID-19 protective measures, they will be denied access to the venues. In these cases, the ticket price will not be refunded under any circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

8. Behavior in case of danger<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

8.1 <\/strong>In the event of danger or fire, visitors will be asked to leave the venues in good time. The instructions of the supervisory and security staff in this regard must be followed immediately.<\/p>

8.2 <\/strong>If a fire is detected, an employee must be informed immediately or a nearby fire alarm must be activated.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. Vehicles<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Parking and the parking of vehicles in all open areas of the respective event venue is only permitted with the consent of the organizer in areas provided for this purpose. In this case, the provisions of the StVO apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

10. Lost property<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Items found on the event site must be handed in at the designated info point of the event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

11. Prohibitions<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
11.1 It is strictly forbidden to take the following items into any of the places covered by these house rules:<\/h5>

11.1.1<\/strong> Beverage cans, bottles, objects that can be misused as weapons or thrown objects, weapons and pyrotechnic objects;<\/p>

11.1.2<\/strong> Gas spray bottles, corrosive or coloring substances or pressurized containers for highly flammable or harmful gases, with the exception of commercially available pocket lighters;<\/p>

11.1.3<\/strong> Glass containers, bottles, cans, plastic canisters, hard packaging or other objects made of glass or any other fragile, splintering or particularly hard material;<\/p>

11.1.4<\/strong> Mechanically or electrically operated noise instruments (e.g. megaphone);<\/p>

11.1.5<\/strong> Bulky objects such as stools, chairs, boxes;<\/p>

11.1.6<\/strong> Poles, umbrellas, torches, sticks;<\/p>

11.1.7<\/strong> Pyrotechnic material, such as fireworks, Bengal fire, etc.;<\/p>

11.1.8<\/strong> Chain belts, rivet straps and rivet belts (pointed rivets);<\/p>

11.1.9<\/strong> Image and sound recording devices;<\/p>

11.1.10<\/strong> Leaflets, unless permitted by the organizer;<\/p>

11.1.11<\/strong> The carrying of drugs.<\/p>

<\/p>

11.2 Furthermore, the following behavior is prohibited at all venues covered by these house rules:<\/h5>

11.2.1<\/strong> Throwing objects of any kind;<\/p>

11.2.2<\/strong> The taking away of food;<\/p>

11.2.3<\/strong> Stage diving and crowdsurfing;<\/p>

11.2.4<\/strong> The jostling within the concert areas and to the entrances and exits;<\/p>

11.2.6<\/strong> The lighting of objects (with the exception of tobacco products, only in the areas designated for this purpose in accordance with point 5);<\/p>

11.2.7<\/strong> Relieving yourself outside the toilets;<\/p>

11.2.8<\/strong> Damaging or altering facilities such as chemical toilets and other items provided by the organizer (knocking over, setting on fire and the like);<\/p>

11.2.9<\/strong> Damaging fence elements, as well as climbing on and knocking over these fence elements;<\/p>

11.2.10<\/strong> Entering the stages and backstage areas (see also point 2.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

12. special house rules for rehearsal and workshop rooms<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
12.1 Special scope of application for rehearsal and workshop rooms<\/h5>

12.1.1<\/strong> These house rules apply to all rehearsal and workshop rooms of the organizer’s events.<\/p>

12.1.2<\/strong> The rehearsal and workshop rooms may only be entered by participants who have paid the participation fee for the respective booked unit (individual lessons, music-making in an ensemble, band lessons or Mental & Vital).<\/p>

12.2 Required behavior for rehearsal and workshop rooms<\/h5>

12.2.1<\/strong> The timetable must be strictly adhered to.<\/p>

12.2.2<\/strong> The consumption of food or alcoholic beverages as well as remaining in the rehearsal and workshop rooms outside of program items is prohibited without exception.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

13. Special site regulations for outdoor program points<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
13.1 Special scope of application for outdoor program items<\/h5>

13.1.1<\/strong> These site regulations apply to all outdoor program items at the event.<\/p>

13.1.2<\/strong>Outdoor program items are events, in particular workshops, which do not take place in closed rooms but in the great outdoors. Hikes, guided tours and other outdoor activities are only events of the organizer if they are organized by the organizer.<\/p>

13.1.3<\/strong> In the case of paid program items, the respective program content may only be consumed by participants who have paid the participation fee for the respective unit or program item booked.<\/p>

13.1.4<\/strong> There is always an increased risk of accidents and injuries during outdoor activities. This risk cannot be ruled out even with the prudent and caring support of the team deployed by the organizer. This risk for outdoor activities and in particular the alpine risk is borne by the visitor. Visitors are therefore required to assess their own abilities, report any health impairments and fully equip themselves. The necessary equipment must be organized independently.<\/p>

13.2 Required conduct for outdoor program items<\/h5>

13.2.1<\/strong> The schedule must be strictly adhered to.<\/p>

13.2.2<\/strong> Visitors must arrive punctually at the designated location before the start of an outdoor program item.<\/p>

13.2.3<\/strong> Visitors undertake to participate in outdoor program items only if they are in good health and wearing appropriate clothing and equipment.<\/p>

13.2.4<\/strong> All outdoor program content may be subject to unexpected measures due to weather conditions (in particular interruption\/cancellation of performances, evacuation of areas, evacuation, postponement of the program section, etc.). These measures will be announced in particular by loudspeaker announcements and by the organizer’s staff on site. In this case, the instructions of the organizer’s employees must be followed immediately and without objection.<\/p>

13.3 Special liability before or after outdoor program items<\/h5>

The organizer is not liable for personal injury or damage to property on the way to and\/or from the event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

14. Special seating regulations for concert venues and halls<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
14.1 Special scope of application for concert venues and halls<\/h5>

14.1.1<\/strong> These seating regulations apply to the concert venues and halls of the event.<\/p>

14.1.2<\/strong> The concert venues and halls may be used for paid concerts by visitors who have paid the participation fee for the concert.<\/p>

<\/strong><\/p>

14.2 Required behavior for concert venues and halls<\/h5>

14.2.1<\/strong> Visitors must behave in such a way that they do not disturb, endanger or otherwise impair other visitors.<\/p>

14.2.2<\/strong> By entering the concert venues, visitors agree to a personal check and body check. The same applies to the search of items taken along (bags and the like).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

15. Final provisions<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

15.1 <\/strong>All employees of the organizer must ensure that the provisions of these house rules are observed.<\/p>

15.2 <\/strong>The house rules apply from the beginning of the set-up times for the respective venue and end with the end of the dismantling after the respective concert or program section.<\/p>

15.3<\/strong> Offenders who fail to comply with the provisions of the house rules may be required to leave the event venues immediately, without prejudice to further action. If necessary, a ban from the premises or a ban from the site may also be issued.<\/p>

15.4 <\/strong>Persons who are found in the event venues despite an existing ban on entering or leaving the venue are to be removed from the venue without reimbursement of the ticket price, subject to an action for disturbance of possession.<\/p>

15.5 <\/strong>Entering the above-mentioned venues and all hiking trails or sports facilities is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by third parties.<\/p>

15.6 <\/strong>Persons (visitors, performers, etc.) who do not comply with the house or site rules are not permitted to remain in the venue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
