The A to Z of Woodstock Academy

Handles and terms. You are probably familiar with many handles, but perhaps not with our terms. We are changing that – with this glossary here. From A for “Registration required” to Z for “Additional offer”.

Old: = Alternative designations

Old: Please save your place!

Even if the
basic offer
many things are already included, it is still important that you book your fixed place in the respective unit. This means that you have to add the respective unit to the shopping cart in the Organizer to secure your place.

You can find more information about the basic offer here.

Alt: Band coaching, band unit, band teaching unit

The following scenario: An existing music group/band books a one-to-one lesson with an instructor. There are different styles and instructors to choose from. Or with more imagination: an entire register of a music association wants to train and books the right instructor. A unique opportunity – a shared experience!

We recommend booking your band units first and then your individual timetable. In this way, overlaps can be avoided.

You can find more information here.

Alt: Band manager, band leader, band organizer

The person who is responsible for booking the band lessons and sends the 6-digit joining codes for joining as a band in the organizer.

The Woodstock Academy is for everyone. That is our credo. And that’s why we also try to make the locations and premises as barrier-free as possible. However, this is not always completely possible. Parking is available at most locations and many venues are equipped with lifts. However, if you have any specific questions, please contact us directly at office@woodstockacademy.at. We will then respond to your individual questions and can give you more details about the accessibility of the places relevant to you.

Alt: Basic program, basic offer, basic program, basic courses, basic package, basic curriculum, basic timetable. The offer and program that may be used by paying the basic price (€ 395).

In principle, the Woodstock Academy’s modular system is incredibly simple. Despite the huge range of products on offer, there are only two things that need to be distinguished. On the one hand, there is the extensive basic offer included in the basic price. On the other hand, there is the additional offer, which you can book as you wish for an extra charge.

The basic offer includes all workshops, events, lectures & interviews and the group offer in the Mental & Vital category. A kind of “half-board” musical training. If you want to go the whole hog, you can book additional offers according to your wishes and taste.

Please note for the basic offer: you still have to register individually for the individual units to secure your place!

Each Woodstock Academy participant receives a mountain railway ticket for 6 days. This means that all the region’s offers can be used, from the Musi mountain hike and Tanzlmusi at the huts to the private summit tour.

What’s included? Just read it here!
